Go to the View Code section of the (ModuleName)ListForm you added and change the (ModuleName)ListForm:RibbonForm to the (ModuleName)ListForm:BaseListForm and save and exit. In the same way, type (ModuleName)EditForm:RibbonForm section in the (ModuleName) EditForm. (ModuleName)EditForm:BaseEditForm save and exit.
